A promotional poster and visual assets for Just Cosplay Sings, bringing her music, cosplay and cyberpunk references into one scene.
Explore the projectThe artist & the brief
Just Cosplay Sings, or JayCee, moves between music, cosplay and digital culture. I developed a promotional image that could hold these parts of her identity together without losing her presence as a performer.
The visual challenge
The cyberpunk and anime references had to support the artist rather than overwhelm her. I built a clear central silhouette and used the surrounding city and stage light to tell the rest of the story.
Artist and environment
Art direction
Purple neon, layered architecture and digital details create a setting between a live performance and a futuristic city. Contrast around the figure maintains the focal point as the scene becomes more detailed.
Split composition
Final artwork
The finished composition puts JayCee at the center, with visual cues from performance, cosplay and gaming culture around her.
Outcome & application
The project delivers a cohesive promotional image and supporting variations for the artist’s digital communication. Its value is in bringing several facets of her work into a single visual direction.
