Mac Ro - One Piece Themed Poster
A themed poster for Mac Ro that places the artist in an adventure scene inspired by his connection to One Piece.
Explore the projectArtist & reference
Anime, particularly One Piece, is part of Mac Ro’s creative world. I used that reference to build a poster where the artist belongs in the scene rather than appearing as a separate cutout.
The composition challenge
The reference needed to be recognizable without making the poster a copy of an existing image. I built the scene around the artist’s placement, scale and interaction with the surrounding environment.
Artist and visual universe
Art direction
Ship, sea and treasure cues suggest adventure. Warm light and layered color help integrate Mac Ro into this imagined world and keep him central to the artwork.
Street application
Final composition
The completed poster brings the rapper and the anime reference together in one environment, with lighting and perspective supporting the illusion.
Outcome & application
The artwork gives Mac Ro a themed promotional piece connected to a cultural reference meaningful to his audience. The case focuses on the compositing and art direction behind that visual.
