Context & contribution

Alongside digital campaigns, the marketing team needed materials for sales actions and public spaces. I adapted development messaging and the group identity to wind banners, compact display stands and newspaper advertisements.

Designed for distance and format

A street banner is read in seconds; a newspaper ad is read up close. The challenge was to choose which property details deserved prominence at each distance and keep the contact information accessible.

Visual approach

Large property imagery and concise headlines carry the first reading. Type size, spacing and contrast then adjust to the production format, from tall outdoor pieces to narrow print columns.

Execution — Printed Materials

The collection includes street-facing wind banners for Cecília, SPACES and Felipe, plus compact sales display stands. The same visual hierarchy works at very different viewing distances.

Newspaper advertisements translate the property offer into a narrow column. Front and reverse layouts for Cecília, Felipe and Castell Di João Paulo are shown alongside photos of the printed pieces.

Outcome & application

The delivered layouts cover multiple developments and viewing contexts, with printed examples shown alongside the artwork. They demonstrate a consistent identity adapted to the physical conditions of each medium.
